Great litter - it's genuinely the only litter I've used that clumps properly and leaves the least amount of mess after.

As per a previous review...excited about cat litter, well most definitely! Does exactly as it says , odours eliminated, clumps for easy removal with no waste, took a few days for our fur baby to adjust to but now no issues at all.

This litter tracked all through my house even with a litter mat at the tray. I would not buy this again.

My cat is 23 years old, this litter is soft on her old paws. Better than the granules/wooden pellets.

If your cat covers her poop properly, you won't be able to smell the odors. My cat is too old to bother covering her poop these days!! so I have to help cover up. She's an indoor cat but i don't think I'd change her litter now.

The product is great, and delivery runs like clockwork. Wish had found this company years ago!

Awful litter for multi cat households probably good fir 1 or 2 cats , but boy it’s messy it’s awful fir your carpet it gets everywhere

I have used this cat litter for over a year now and it is the best I have ever used. You do pay more at the outset but longer term it is so much cheaper. Fantastic product.

I really like this cat litter easy to use very clean and much less waste. My only slight gripe is a little dusty also tracks a bit having said that still the best you can buy.

Difficult to get too excited about cat litter. But it's a good product that does what is needed. No complaints from our cat. It's light so much easier to get rid of.

My order for litter for my 2 cats was delayed (normally quick service) but I thought this was because of a delay at Christmas. However when I contacted to enquire when it would be delivered I was told that the goods had been sent to the company who would deliver it. This company had no note of receiving the parcel. When I contacted Natusan they sent out a replacement order the same day. Wonderful service and a nicely worded apology and reply. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Fantastic cat litter, clums really well, easy to clean and moat importantly doesn't create dust like other types, so my cats are not breathing this in!
It lasts us a good while. Good delivery service too.

The customer service was excellent! DPD couldn’t find my flat and returned the parcel to sender. Rather than making me wait Natusan sent out another parcel straight away so that I didn’t run out of litter. Fantastic product and helpful staff.

We recently adopted an old rescue cat and were experiencing great problems with her toilet habits as she refused to use her boxes. We decided to change to Natusan - probem solved!
PS for some reason my heading seems to say Upset Customer - that is not true. We are more than pleased.

Evri is not the sort of delivery company anyone needs to employ. The delivery men being charged with the delivery of my package are belligerent, rude and have no curtesy whatever.

Seeing so many 5 star reviews on here and the website made me dubious, but thought I'd give it a go for my 2 cats and is the best litter decision I've ever made (never thought this is something I'd be saying). I've had it for over a month now and will be continuing to subscribe, it's true what they say about a bag lasting a cat at least a month, and I believe my cats to be pretty frequent users. The clumping makes it so that you're not wasteful and makes it last so much longer. Also, seems to suck up any smells very efficiently! Our delivery was slightly delayed due to postal strikes but Natusan kept me updated. Very very impressed :)
